Catwoman (Killing Time)
“Batman: Killing Time” was the rare recent Bat book that I did not instantly dislike. To be clear, it’s not great, and there are some very cringy moments (Selina would never socialize with Joker), but it was a nice diversion. While the story was above mediocre, the art was excellent. (read more...)

Joker (Gangster)
Todd’s “Jokerized” repaints are lame cash-grabs. And then he went and Jokerized a Joker figures. [Shakes head.] However, as ridiculous as that figure was, it became the basis for this simple custom. The Jokerized Heath Ledger Joker makes for an excellent “gangster” version, with no paint required. I simply swapped (read more...)
John Williams
The headsculpt of Maestro John Williams was crafted by BlueD Sculptures for the folks at Landspeeder Luke. Following their lead, I placed the printed head on a repainted tuxedo Indiana Jones body. Created February 2024 (read more...)
Joker (Knighfall)
Slowly but surely, Mcfarlane is replacing the figures on my “Knightfall” shelf. (Previously established by DC Direct.) I needed a proper Joker up there. When I pulled out the books to check against my memory, I found Joker ran around in his coat and hat for most of that story. (read more...)

Killer Frost
Sometimes a simple custom is obvious. This is a partially repainted Mattel Masterverse Frosta. I simply repainted the skin and swapped the head. The noggin is printed in translucent resin, for that icy look. (And I don’t remember what file I used to print the head. It’s been too long (read more...)

Lois is a repainted WWE Legends Stacy Keibler. I swapped the head for a 3D printed one that came from a Raven statue. (Origin unknown.) I love the dubious raised eyebrow! Created 2023 (read more...)
Francine Langstrom (BTAS Mondo)
Through a strange set of circumstances, I ended up with two 1:6 Mondo Man-Bat torso/legs. That means I was able to use the alternate heads and wings to complete two figures. And since Mondo supplied Francine’s ripped shirt, it seemed like a natural move to repaint the pants to match (read more...)
Harleen Quinzel (Doctor)
I made Doc Harleen from a WWE Legends Stacy Keibler base. I simply repainted the jacket. Her head comes from the DC Direct Arkham Origins Doc Harleen figure. (You might be asking why I took the head from one Doc Harleen simply to make another. Simple. That was the game (read more...)
