Bettie Page (Bombshell)

Difficulty: 
How can anybody look at the Bombshell Poison Ivy figure and not see a Bettie Page custom just begging to be made? Far be it from me to ignore the call.
This one was simple. It’s just a head swap (Cleopatra Bettie) and paint. Aside form patching up a couple of rough spots and building the neck peg, there was little else to do.

Basic: Some modified parts. Mostly a new paint job.
Moderate: New and modified parts.
Skilled: Lots of new and modified parts. “Frankensteining” often involved.
Advanced: All of the above, plus a great deal of original sculpting.
Where are you finding the Cleopatra Bettie heads? Are you taking them from expensive older figures or making duplicates?
I absolutely love your Bettie customs. If there were a line I’d buy them all in a heartbeat.
Thanks! Actually, the Cleopatra Bettie figure (made by Dark Horse) can be found fairly cheap on eBay. I’ve seen her as low as $10 or $15. I set up a daily search parameter so when I see one that low and think I might need it, I grab it.
