Difficulty: 
Ever since I made my version of Detective Harvey Bullock from Geek Variety Customs’ sculpt, I’ve wanted to use the same base for other characters of, uh, a certain girth. And Bibbo had long been on my list.
Much of the Bullock details were Dremeled off. I mainly needed the bulk. I extended the legs, and used various epoxies to shape the coat and sweater. His noggin started as an old Hasbro Superman head. Much Magic Sculpt was applied to change the face. (I admit the placement of the “Popeye” eye is probably off.) The nose itself is from an old Speed Racer character. The bill of the cap is cut from vinyl. Magnets hold the whole thing together.

Easy: A simple parts swap. Little if any paint.
Basic: Some modified parts. Mostly a new paint job.
Moderate: New and modified parts.
Advanced: All of the above, plus a great deal of original sculpting.
