Shayera Hol (The Balance)

Difficulty: 
I keep hoping we’ll see a white track-suit Shayera in the Mattel/Target JLU line. That hasn’t happened yet, so I took matters into my own hands.
I had started this project before the yellow suit Shayera was released at SDCC 2007. Thus my white suited version uses the original, taller Hawkgirl as a base. As usual, the boot cuffs and belt were sanded off, and the bust line smoothed-over. The head is a casting of the Shayera head, graciously provided by Great White Customs.
Created Fall 2008
Easy: A simple parts swap. Little if any paint.
Basic: Some modified parts. Mostly a new paint job.
Skilled: Lots of new and modified parts. “Frankensteining” often involved.
Advanced: All of the above, plus a great deal of original sculpting.
