I’d been planning this one for a long time, but waited until I had need of both the DC Direct Silver Age Robin and Batman before I started this one. The project was relatively simple. It only took an afternoon to remove the excess limbs and hollow out the appropriate areas. The clear rods came from the local hobby store. The case itself is meant as a display case for Star Wars figures. It’s sitting atop another plastic box for height. The mask is just plain old Kneadatite.
It adds nicely to the growing 6″ scale Batcave.
Created Summer 2004

Easy: A simple parts swap. Little if any paint.
Basic: Some modified parts. Mostly a new paint job.
Skilled: Lots of new and modified parts. “Frankensteining” often involved.
Advanced: All of the above, plus a great deal of original sculpting.
