Yes, it took me so long to post this custom figure, that Todd announced and released his version in that time. S’okay. I like mine better.
The body is the ubiquitous Diamond Select “Gotham:” Jim Gordon, with the tie removed. The masked head was 3D printed, taken from a 3D statue sculpt floating around.

Skilled: Lots of new and modified parts. “Frankensteining” often involved.
Advanced: All of the above, plus a great deal of original sculpting.
